He is. This is common knowledge within the Boruto series. Iwabe called Naruto "The strongest Shinobi in all of history" which would make him stronger than Madara. Do keep in mind that the Boruto series is oversaw by Kishimoto so this is basically a Word of God statement that can't be disregarded, especially when the feats speak for themselves.

EMS Sasuke rushed to blind Madara but blind madara was too fast to even get tagged by Sasuke. Madara doesn’t just let people cut him in half on purpose.

sasuke is clearly faster n stronger here for him to cleave his body in two casually.

3 Rinnegan Madara could have fared against Kaguya better then Naruto for all we know. All we have to go by is Sasuke's statements. And it's not Sasuke fought that version of Madara long enough to know the true depths of his power. It's all hype.

Honestly Naruto could’ve gotten ridden of all of Madara meteors by himself without Sasuke help, as he only threw one TBB Rasenshuriken the first time then decided to throw 6 more in the midst of Madara performing IT.

He didn't require Sasuke's help but he's not going to tell Sasuke to do nothing his whole character arc in the war is learning to stopping trying to do everything himself and cooperate with others, he could have just done the same thing by making more clones anyway, the only reason they needed to deal with the meteors isn't even because they were a threat to them but because it would kill the Alliance

DMS Kakashi (who's literally just Six Paths Obito amping Kakashi) can't beat anyone on that tier he lacks the stamina and all of them know how to counter Kamui Naruto was dodging multiple 1 shot abilities Kaguya before he even knew what they did and Madara has a similar level of pre-cog though slower than Naruto himself by the data books statement not to mention he has extremely good regen to the point that he could just tank everything Kakashi threw at him and Naruto is legitimately a better match up for Madara because he has the necessary stuff to counter him unlike Kakashi who's only option is BFR which he's too slow to pull off against Madara

Equal ability doesn't mean equal mean in strength. It just means they have the same jutsus/technique. That's always been the case through out the series

Naruto had his hands full with limbo clones and chibaku tensai. He did need Sasuke and his perfect Susano in that situation. Otherwise they would have just attacked before Madara could cast the Infinte Tsuiyomi.

For example. Kisame has the most chakra out of any Akatsuki member. Dose that mean Kisame would beat any Akatsuki memeber. No, it doesn't.

Obviously Kishimoto, would have Kaguya have be more powerful then Madara. She's the final boss.

Naruto and Sasuke were defeated when they hid under Susanoo. Nothing was stopping Madara from obliterating them with juubiballs while they were hiding

Naruto unless it's Ashura Mode, isn't beating 1 Eyed Madara as Naruto himself stated. How is he beating Madara with another Rinnegan and a Rinne-Sharingan? The answer is he can't.

But I just took the time to rewatch the Kaguya fight in it's entirety. And Naruto doesn't really hold his hold against Kaguya like you seem to imply. It's more like he was fighting to survive. There were 3 different occasions he where was saved.

1. He was trapped in ice. (Sasuke had to use Amaterasu & Kagutsuchi to thaw himself & Naruto out)

2. Kaguya intensified the gravity and almost killed Naruto& Sasuke with rod. (Obito sacrifices himself to save Naruto)

3. Kaguya uses a rod/portal combination and almost kills Naruto again. (Kakashi saves him with Kamui)

Naurto didn't really get a significant blow in until Obito died and he got one of those stereo typical revenge for killing my friend anime buffs. lol

Black Zetsu was trash talking about Obito under Kaguya's sleeve and angry Naruto takes advantage by slicing Kaguya's arm that contained Black Zetsu.

He also fired a Bijuu Blast containing chakra from all 9 tailed beast causing Kaguya to go unstable. And she morphed into this weird Tailed Beast Bunny Badger Creature.

The real MVP of this fight was Kakashi. He landed the most significant strike that would create an opening for Naruto, Sasuke, & Sakura to seal her away. Actually maybe Obito should be MvP..

We really didn't get to much of Sasuke because Kaguya threw him in a different dimension, which he was stuck in for most of the fight. Naruto saved him from falling in Lava on one occasion. And of course there was Naruto's Sexy No Jutsu earlier on in the fight, which worked but didn't cause real damage.

If a single person was missing from that group, they wouldn't have been able to beat Kaguya.

Madara wins, he has counters to almost all of Naruto's abilities and Naruto doesn't have any answer to IT.

I think Naruto has got this if he isn’t an idiot and just outnumbers Madara’s limbo clones with his unlike how he did in their actual fight. Madara also couldn’t overpower Naruto or Sasuke.

Juudara solos with IT. Even with Naruto’s sage powers he is still able to be casted. Only a Rinnegan User can stand unaffected.

I don't see how anyone can think Naruto wins here. Madara is more powerful than Hagoromo here...He literally has the chakra of everyone on the planets which he can use when ever he wants. He basically has unlimited chakra.

This is literally what Jigen/Isshiki is trying to achieve in Boruto, There is nothing Naruto can do to this Madara.
