Cap already stomped a stronger version of Luke Cage, a more skilled version of Iron Fist, a guy with better senses, speed, and strength than Daredevil, a girl much more dangerous and infinitely more skilled than Jessica, and a flying herald with energy blasts, without using his shield all at the same time.

Weakened or not, MCU Cage is struggling to lift a few to several hundreds kilograms concrete blocks, he is not even a fraction as strong as 2MAU Luke
