This is the Triskelion. Inside, at it's very core, is Wanda Maximoff. Arguably by the consequences of her action, she is one of the most prolific murderers on the planet. Now she must face judgement.
Employed by Roma, Guardian of the Omniverse, Team 1 must infiltrate the Triskelion from two miles out, aboard a reserve Quinjet. Once inside, they must outmaneuver or out right kill the opposing team before kidnapping (Or killing) Wanda Maximoff and getting her back to the Quinjet whereby they shall all be teleported to the Starlight Citadel. However, a number of situtional hazards are gonna make this difficult. Firstly, her cell is Teleport proof. Aka, you can just 'port in and out'. Furthemore, the Triskelion has defenses and Team 2 know that someone is about to stage a kidnapping of Wanda Maximoff so it's gonna be tough.
Team 2 alternate objectives, as employed by Nick Fury are slightly different. They need to stop the assault, protect Wanda and ideally annihilate as much of the team as possible. They are given total executive control over the Raft, and 20 shield agents from which to assist them in their responsibilities.
Oh, and both teams only have 1 hour to complete there objectives.

- 2 Hours at the Triskelion getting to know the layout etc and set up defenses. However, they are unaware of who EXACTLY will be attacking. Access to external gear must be feasible.
Summary Objectives
Team 1
- Kidnap or Kill Wanda Maximoff from her Cell in the Triskelion (In the event of Team 1 winning, providing they can prove they can kidnap Wanda they shall be rewarded)
Team 2
- Prevent the kidnapping or death of Wanda (Team 2 get a bonus if they can wipe out the entire opposing team)

Stryfe is delegated team leader. Havok is deputy leader with Archangel and Vision also having previous leadership experience. Stryfe's first consideration after reading the list of 'defenders' at the Triskelion is the absence of any psionic disruption on their team. He sees 5 Strength-based defenders along with the K'un L'un arts. Ms. Marvel's energy absorption and distribution will be a challenge for a character like Havok who strives on that skillset. Red Tornado's windstream bedlam will cause the greatest harassment issue with their group, keeping his off-kilter if they're not careful.
Mental Coordination will be a must, and with Stryfe's level of telepathy and psionics, keeping this up shouldn't damper his assault. Since both teams boast four proficient fliers, this fight could take place in a number of locales on the island. Obstacles and claustrophobia are key, not only to keep RT from building up a cyclone but also to emphasize team unity via psionics around corners and behind structures.
Team 1's plan is to strike at the bight of the island, going straight for the heart of the pillar in the center. They will come up into the island from underwater where Namor will be propelling the Quinjet at greatly increased speeds.
Once they make landfall, Stryfe will create a psionic shield around the team while making their way into the building until the opponents have presented themselves. They will attempt to split into 1v1 battles with the opponent's superteam. Vision will start, attempting to negate Ms. Marvel's energy absorption advantage. He will merge with Carol, possessing her:
This will give the attackers a 6-5 advantage and allow one of them to take on the 20 guards while the others match up with the superpowered security.
As Red Tornado is probably the biggest energy manipulating opponent on the the other squad, Ms. Marvel/Vision will focus their assult on him, attempting to pacify his storms (and absorb some much-needed firepower in the process).
Meanwhile, Stryfe will focus his psionic attacks on the human brain of Cyborg. Cyborg will be viewed as the intelligent, strategic control rod of his team, and it is important for Stryfe to disrupt that. He will use his Telekinetic shielding to keep Cyborg from attacking him or switching to any of the other battles going on. He will also use it to pulse and concuss his enemies:
Next we have Luke Cage on the ground vs. She-Hulk. Taking into account her increased agility, speed, and incredible healing factor the gamma radiation allows, She-Hulk will be slugging this one out, no tricks:
And then we have Namor vs Wonder Girl. Though it may take to the skies, this will be another old fashsioned slugfest. This is what Wonder Girl is up against:
And when the fight gets heated, Namor can always take it to the water....
Finally, Archangel will tend to the foot soldiers. His wings will act as proper shields, his healing factor will keep him going, and his poison-tipped feathers will take out many of the aggressors. And if that wasn't enough, he could always just run around and do this:
So that's it, right? That's everyone? Hmm... oh yes. Iron Fist vs my final character. If you got within striking distance he could be deadly. IF he ever got into striking distance....
