I’m switching up my prep from past rounds due to the different nature of the threat this time around. Since you’ll have to redo your strategy, and I don’t know exactly what I’ll find, a lot of the below basically takes the form of If/Then statements.
My team has Basic Knowledge on your team and will be aware of the variety of options you might bring in for prep, based on what they’ve used before in their individual histories. Even if we don’t know the specific things you’ll use, we will expect your team to utilize a variety of anti-power tech, ranged weapons, sensors, prediction-machines, and flight.
Thus, our main strategy is to remain unpredictable. Loki will turn himself and Jane invisible as per usual, then after the battle starts we will teleport around quickly and regularly, scoping out the battlefield for members of your team. We start 50' apart, as per the OP, so that shouldn't be that hard.
We will be aided in any search process by Jane’s minor telepathy from Dr. Harrison, her ability to smell men via Black Annis, and Loki’s astral self projection (power details below). Between these, we can try to pick up on others’ minds, and also check out the field from many viewpoints. But, we will also just be moving around pretty fast from location to location and should scope the place out relatively quickly. (Even if we can see you we'll be teleporting around.)
Anyone we find, we will either mind control, if they’re human—which includes AIDA in her current biological body—or destroy If they are an LMD. It will not be difficult to one-shot LMDs. Jane can destroy them using her electric blasts, flame blasts, or Silvertongue’s flying, slicing metal, and Loki can use his scepter to blast them.
If you’re separated or not all visible, and we happen upon Grant or Fitzsimmons first and mind control them, then great, they’ll know all your plans and gear and will be of great use. And if we find and mind control AIDA first, then also great, her teleportation abilities will complement Jane’s nicely.
I don’t foresee any need for my team to ever become visible, but if we do, they will make themselves look like members of your team. Any holograms you make, of anybody, we will attempt to mind control and quickly realize they are not real.
If we ever end up in any kind of direct combat situation where we are not invisible (which won’t happen) and we’re not using mind control (which also won’t happen) my team will still win. Loki could beat Grant even in H2H given his capacity to do things like intercept Cap’s shield and knock him around, or catch one of Hawkeye’s arrows; Loki can use his adamantium sword and scepter to cut Ward to pieces. Loki and Jane’s various forms of energy blasts are enough to put down anyone on your team. AIDA might go down only temporarily, but she’d be mind-controlled before she regenerated. You may have access to various other high-powered weapons, but between Loki’s durability and Jane’s ability to teleport out of harm’s way or to turn into an energy being like Flaming Katy or Sun Daddy, I don’t see you hurting my team easily. And really, Jane can just TK all your weapons out of your hands—if we do see your team visible at the beginning, and you’re holding weapons/gear, she’ll start with that.
We will create illusions of ourselves to tempt you to come after us at various times, and will also use illusions to make some of you look like us, so you will attack your own team. Your use of the timestream will work to predict some of these, but we’ll continue to adapt and use them throughout, and that will no longer be predictable by the original prep time’s timestream usage after a while.
My best guess is that you take some SHIELD location or the Zephyr to prep, and that you have either the Zephyr or other remote-controlled quinjets with you. Again, our starting distance is 50’, so even if you’re flying you’re not doing so at a great height, and Ward is not off in the mountains prepping for sniping.
If you start off flying and visible, Loki will right away let loose a blast from the scepter, which has taken down quinjets in the past. Jane’s fire blasts would definitely help. We’ll do that while invisible, then teleport immediately; there’s no way you could effectively retaliate.
If you start off flying and cloaked, and I’m invisible and teleporting, then we’re at somewhat of an impasse with neither of us really able to do anything until one of us decides to make a move. I can’t do it, because I’m on the ground and I can’t teleport to you unless I know where you are. You, however, can come down to the ground. You won’t be able to just fly and strafe me, because you won’t know where we are and we will constantly be teleporting. The timestream won’t help when we’re moving that often. So, you have to be the one to move first and land. Once you do, I win via superior firepower and on-the-ground invisibility and mind-control.
If some of you start in the air and Grant (or anybody else) starts on the ground, we will search for them, mind control them, and get them to trick you into coming down, and/or hold them hostage to force you into doing that. Of course, I expect you to have codewords etc. for this possibility, but Grant will want to help me since he’s in love with me (using Karen’s power), so he’ll give whatever codes etc. are necessary to persuade you to come down.
AIDA could also continually teleport in the same way we can, of course. I’d also say her electro-blasts are relatively on par with Jane’s electro-blasts. But that basically means they won’t be able to hurt each other based on electricity, and whereas that’s the end of AIDA’s energy arsenal, Jane also has fire blasts that would put AIDA down, as well as her mind control. AIDA is essentially a lesser version of Jane: teleportation, strength, electricity. Eventually, we’ll have to have a reckoning, and I’ll win that due to Jane being able to turn into energy forms, mind control, and the aid of Loki’s invisibility powers.
Most of this is not necessarily prep or plans we’ve made ahead of time. We’ll be making many of these adaptations up on the battlefield, assuming we discover you’re all cloaked or hiding. Loki is well aware of the Avenger’s tech and will understand what’s going on with any cloaking.
So for a quick summary: you will not have pre-seeded the battlefield (see below) with anti-teleport tech or LMDs, so we will use prep to turn invisible, then when the battle starts we will teleport around and either look for you or attack you. When it comes to looking for you, if you’re on the ground we’ll find you using a teleportation search pattern, Loki’s astral form, Jane’s minor telepathy, or Jane’s smell. If we can see you, Jane and Loki will mind control you or Jane will use TK to remove your gear (whichever makes more sense) and have you attack your own team. We will also utilize various energy attacks. If you fly up while cloaked, we will just wait you out, and you won’t be able to find us to attack us. We’ll also use various illusions as needed.
