The tier of this tourney has gone up pretty massively, I don't see why either of these should be an issue. Oz wasn't even above tier for the original version, at worst he was a bit underpriced, but the way things were priced at the time was quite different as well.

Oz has been debunked by Reddit if I recall, and UDM is one of those guys who NEEDS to be in his own realm to be effective. He can be countered in a good few ways.

I don't know what the debunked stuff is, but as for UDM, even in his own realm there are ways to beat him.

@thewatcherking: That was in his own dimension. Outside of it, Wonder Woman casually banished him with only 1/5th of the Witch Mark.

Also, Wonder Woman isn't exactly a skilled magic user either, she's hooked up to a big juicy powersource, but had no idea how to utilize it properly.

Besides, he'd hardly be the only character here with vaguely universal stuff. Volthoom's got statements like that as well, for example.

@zetsu-san: Oz Vesselius seems to have lowly physical ability, with a universal+ level disintegration spell. That’s probably why people are against it.

He also has really low stamina and has to actually hit his targets. He'd most definitely lose a normal fight to the majority of characters here.

Don't get me wrong, he can absolutely be abused with the right set up, but tbh that's kind of what this tourney has always been about. The list would get trimmed down massively if we were to remove every abusable character.

To be fair, she was merged with the multiverse in a fundamental way. It's not like he can just destroy the multiverse under normal circumstances. But yea, he should theoretically be able to kill anyone here, assuming he can actually land the blow. ---- Although, I will say, my opinion of comics and their speed levels have changed a bit, so I don't think he'd struggle as much against them as I used to.

Oz without his destruction hax, is more of a street leveler to low mid tier.

You do know that Ironman & Carol Danvers can oneshot him with one AoE, right? Having an OP weapon is nothing new, hence Creation Blades

@whathappened: It’s not a weapon though. It’s an aura that activates.

Functionally it’s like a weapon though, he mostly channels it through his scythe and sometimes his chains.

He can sort of coat his body and use it defensively, but he has to react to do that, it’s not like he can just continuously keep a forcefield going.

@zetsu-san: I still don’t agree that it is just like any other high tier weapon, like @whathappened was implying.

Dormammu is stronger than both Odin and In-Betweener.

It’s not a matter of opinion at all, Dormammu’s feats are objectively better and he’s been repeatedly acknowledged, in universe, as more powerful.

The latter is hardly a notch against him. Umar’s weaker than Dormammu and contributed less.

Two Odins wouldn’t be able to do anything against Eternity.
