Annihilus is a super evolved insect from the Negative Zone who desires to kill all life in the positive and negative universe. Using highly advanced technology, Annihilus created the powerful Cosmic Control Rod as well as near invulnerable carapaces. Annihilus controls a massive army known as the Annihilation Wave.

Quentin Beck was a former stuntman and special effects man turned to crime. His various theatrics have tormented Spider-Man and Daredevil using his elaborate hoaxes and illusions basically for the lulz. Regardless, he is deadly at his craft and is to never be underestimated.

The main reason I selected Reed Richard’s brain power was to ensure that Annihilus could fathom and operate the equipment in the Baxter Building. Annihilus himself is quite tech savvy and has mastered the highly advanced technology of the Tyannans and has some advanced tech himself and he’s already done it before, but I wanted to leave no doubt. Besides, that brain power is bound to come in handy elsewhere.
So first thing is first, Annihilus opens the portal to the Negative Zone, breaks off the knob and unleashes the Annihilation Wave. With the one universe rule, I am removing the limits on summons. That means the billions of warriors and ships Annihilus has at his command will constantly be overwhelming your team.
Gratuitous Annihilation Wave carnage and destruction:
The Annihilation Wave operates on a hive mind and will unquestionable follow orders even to their own deaths. Despite this, many Annihilation Wave species are as intelligent as any sentient soldier.
Knowledge is Power
While the horde begins arriving by the thousands, there are two devices of interest that will be used (and where the Reed Richards intellect comes in handy).
Scans 1 & 2 you may know as the Bridge. The Bridge can be used to watch alternate realities and timelines but more specifically, can be used to view the near future. Combine this with the Prognostication Projector (scans 3 & 4) and I should have a general idea of who you are and what you can do. That is all these devices will be used for as I am not the type of debater who wants to claim I can know the outcome of the battle with foreknowledge and think that’s going to be a win - only slight burn intended ;)
Reed’s Arsenal
With Reed’s brain power, there will be no issue with accessing all of his systems, files and weaponry. I’ll certainly be elaborating further after your initial post, but here is a sample of the weapons that will be taken that should even work on the intangible.
Scans 1-2) Anti-Matter gun used to shut down Franklin Richards mind
Scans 3-4) Energy Dampeners used to drain all energy from your being
Scan 5) Paralysis Ray works on the intangible Red Ghost
Scan 6) Sonic Pitch Frequency Gun should easily disrupt senses
Scan 7) Universal Entropy Gun kills a Celestial
Even if you are intangible, you still exist and are still made of matter. I will delve into this further next post. There are several others that will be brought for good measure but these should be the most potent.
My team members will all help themselves to a translocator for use.
Prep on the Battlefield
This time will be used to get the Annihilation Wave in position. In addition to millions of foot soldiers, the Wave also has thousands of ships, which will all be stationed above the battlefield ready for orbital bombardment.
At this time, Mysterio will also place his illusion gas traps across the battlefield.
Mysterio crafts his illusions and has total control over them and can show your inner most fears or bliss. His illusions are so realistic that he can deceive not only sight, but also touch, feeling and even smell. As far as his victims are concerned, they are experiencing reality: even when they know they are in an illusion.
Scan 1) Mysterio describes his illusion crafting.
Scan 2) Mysterio controls his illusions and shows you what he wants you to see.
Scans 3-5) Shows a group of heroes their worst fears so realistic they feel it as well.
Scan 6) Another example of showing worst fears as well as the feeling of heat against Daredevil, who has heightened senses.
Scan 7) Old Man Logan, also with heightened senses, could not distinguish his teammates from Mysterio’s illusion. He killed them all.
This ability goes well beyond the heightened senses of Wolverine and Daredevil though which I will get to if necessary. My location will be shrouded from you and you will be immersed in your greatest fears all while the Annihilation Wave is disguised as harmless or imaginary foes.
Opening Battle
As the battle starts, you will immediately be overwhelmed with Annihilation Wave soldiers and orbital attacks. Your greatest fears will paralyze you while a special strike force translocates in and bombards you with Reed’s specialized weaponry. The paralysis ray will hold you in place while the energy devices siphon your ability to resist before the entropy gun ends your existence. All without my team lifting a finger. Should you manage to endure and evade, you can meet your end with Annihilus as we will ultimately get to.
I'm going to be reusing a good chunk of my opener from last round just because it's a good introduction to this team and there's no point in me writing it again.
I won't bother with the usual character introductions and get right into my team's strategy, starting with my perks.
Fusion obviously fuses my characters into one disgusting amalgamation of versatility, and the Battle Computer simply grants me access to Wildstorm feats for Midnighter's core ability
Said Battle Computer allows Midnighter to predict every possible scenario in a fight, allowing him to see all the winning options there are from him to pick and choose from. This ability has allowed him to accurately predict the events of an entire day in advance, allowed him to know things he should have no business knowing, and grants him an unnatural level of precision. In short, this ability means that my team will be able to fight far more effectively than they would be able to otherwise. Oh and for easier writing for me, I'll be herby referring to the overall fusion character as Jimmy (DJYMY? Get it?)
The Phantom Angel
I'm going to start by talking about what my fusion character can do defensively, which is handled in no small part by Yuuna.
Due to being a ghost, Yuuna can't be detected by anyone who doesn't have any spiritual power, and can't even be touched unless she wants to, effectively making Jimmy invisible and intangible. This isn't a factor in fights in-verse as every combatant has spiritual power, but in a setting like this, lacking spiritual power means fighting Yuuna isn't really possible. However, even if your characters do have spiritual power, that doesn't mean that they'll be in the clear.
Dark Danny is an alternative evil version of Danny Phantom 10 years in the future, and he plays an important role here as his ghost powers allow him to turn both invisible and intangible making him quite hard to hit or put down. Additionally, as he's a future version of Danny (and seemed to be his superior when they met) he should easily be able to replicate Danny's feats with these abilities like when Danny maintained them for hours on end even whilst extending them to a whole ship in "Reality Trip" (Season 2 Episode 17/18). Meaning he should be more than able to keep up these abilities for the duration of the fight.
Jimmy will be doubly invisible and intangible, making even trying to fight them a struggle.
The defence against Hax abilities is also left up to Yuuna and one particular ability of hers; Spiritual Armour.
Put simply, this is armour with special negation abilities, that has been states numerous times to negate all techniques (the series' name for abilities). I'm aware that this sounds like a massive NLF, but the armour isn't all talk as it has several feats to back this statement up, as well as in-verse lore implications of its' ability. Teleportation, matter manipulation, luck manipulation, weirdly specific fate manipulation, you name it. Given the ridiculous number of abilities it has negated, I think it's fair to say that no "normal" hax will be effective against it. The other ability of the spiritual armour is that it is 100% effective until it is destroyed in its entirety. Meaning that unless the spiritual armour is completely destroyed it will still be just as effective as if it was unharmed, and Yuuna can also easily regenerate it mid-fight.
Assuming you get through both the intangibility and the spiritual armour, you still won't find putting Jimmy down easy as they have quite a potent healing factor thanks to Yuu. His regeneration allowed him to easily heal from after getting a massive hole in his chest which destroyed his heart, as well as all of his internal organs exploding, both times whilst not using his full power.
Jimmy's Versatility
I want to briefly talk about Jimmy's versatility before I get into his win conditions, as they may help there.
First of all, Jimmy can clone himself up to 10 times as per the rules thanks to Dark Danny:
Given that DD absorbed Vlad's ghost half (and has 10 years more experience over Danny), he should be comparable in cloning ability to Vlad who easily created dozens of clones if not more to possess people to rig the election in his favour, all whilst his real body was fighting Danny.
Making a meagre 10 and replacing them if they're defeated should be an easy task.
Multiple of my characters can fly, which, combined with Midnighter's teleportation thanks to doors, should grant them decent mobility, especially when combined with their speed, thanks to Jack The Ripper.
A Captain and a King
The Jack the Ripper I'm referring to is the Magic Knight Captain from Black Clover. To begin with, Jack's speed should comfortably be FTL given the feats of other Captains as well as his own ability to keep up with Yami in combat. Yami is fast enough to easily cut down beams of light shot at him on top of keeping up with other FTL characters. I don't want to write a large section on speed in Black Clover but if you want me to expand on this in my next post I can. On top of this, thanks to the fusion perk Jimmy will be six times faster than Jack's baseline speed, which I'm fairly sure is faster than anyone on your team (in combat anyway).
Speed aside, the next issue is putting down the opponent, which is another area Jack specialises in due to his ability, Severing Magic.
Jack isn't the only one with an ability that bypasses conventional durability however.
In his Salt King form, Yuu is capable of creating waves of salt that instantly turn things into salt. This would allow Jimmy to easily kill an opponent by just turning them into salt.
Lastly, Jimmy does have one ability from Yuuna that helps in this category, that being her sealing (NSFW Warning).
In the above example, Yuuna effortlessly seals Makyouin, a spirit significantly more powerful than herself, which she was unable to do anything about. This ability should allow Yuuna to incapacitate any member of the enemy team.
Initial Counters

Though the bridge can do this, the scans you gave indicate that this is not its primary purpose and that its ability to look into the future is limited. The Prognostication Projector also seemed to be reliant on Reed inputting data on Doom, which Annihilus wouldn't be able to do here because they have no information on my team. Furthermore, I'm not convinced that Annihilus would specifically choose to use these obscure pieces of Reed's tech in his single hour of prep at the lab. Having Reed's brainpower doesn't mean you have his knowledge, so would Annihilus even know this tech is there in the first place?

I'm not going to try and "counter" all of this though the same argument of would Annihilus get this tech stands. I will, however, say that even if you get a weapon that can hit Jimmy, that doesn't mean it actually will. Jack's amped speed combined with Midnighter's battle computer will make Jimmy very hard to hit even without the intelligibility. In addition, the acquisition of anti-intangibility weaponry is put into question by the dubious nature of your team's ability to look into the future. Plus, being able to hit Jimmy doesn't mean that you can detect Jimmy.

If his illusions are reliant on the recipient inhaling gas then this wouldn't work due to the Nature of Yuuna's intangibility as the gas would just pass through. This also makes sense given that we know ghosts in verse don't need to breath as we've seen them in space before. Even if this wasn't true, however, Yuuna's spiritual armour should still block the effects of the illusions. We've seen illusions and other abilities that affect the mind and we've both seen and been told innumerable times how these things won't work on Spiritual Armour.
Initial Thoughts
The strategy to look into the future and see my team is notably flawed and without it, your team doesn't really have a win condition. They can neither detect nor interact with Jimmy and even if the prep is successful they'll only be able to do this to a limited degree. Jimmy, on the other hand, can ignore the annihilation wave due to their inability to interact with him in any capacity, and will just find your team and put them down with any of their hax abilities, be it Jack's magic or Yuuna's sealing.
