So after some discussion, I have done a full overhaul of the high tier list that I have been using for that past 3-4 years. I currently have an edition running but I'm running this as a test. As such only 4 participants are allowed and only those who didn't partake in the current edition.
Rules
- 4 Participants
- Participants must have 500 post or must have completed atleast 1 CAV or Tourney Match
- 10 points for characters
- 15 points for perks
- Win by Death, Incap or KO.
- Standard Gear.
- No BFR.
- No reality warping
- No Summons, constructs or any other fodder stronger than 616 Bleeding Edge Iron Man. They cannot be amped either.
- No Speed Steal
- No Power Copying/stealing.
- Summons, constructs or other fodder are limited to 200
- Cloning is limited to 10
- Time Jumping, remnants, speeding up ones own time is allowed. Other forms of time manip is banned.
- DC Characters are composite Post Crisis(Pre 52, New 52, Rebirth)
- Marvel is 616 current. Unless Otherwise stated
- Wildstorm characters are allowed their feats from DC comics.
- Manga characters have composite anime and manga feats. No game, movies
- Dragonball character are all BOG versions with composite anime and manga feats.
- God of High School are at their prime level.
- Star War is EU
- Everyone is allowed their canon feats and is current

As always there are going to be characters that some may feel are over or under priced(I know for sure some prices are going to controversial). I am willing to edit or even remove characters if I am given a good enough reason to do so.
