I'd say he stops around 9-10. Deku has some absurd feats in that movie, but I dont think he'd beat current Genos or Drive Knight, at least not a majority. Nyan could technically be a counter to him as well, but I think the AOE potential is great enough to beat him.

Not entirely familiar with Heroes' Rising Deku, but basically fights 5-8 depend entirely on speed.

Also, why is Genos higher than Drive Knight and Nyan?

Its kinda strange how hard it is to find high quality footage or clips of this Movie. Its been months?

For those who haven't seen Hero's Rising Deku, here's a clip of the final fight. He also overpowered a supposed island level attack with the help of Bakugo with their first attack.

Biggest issue here is that he's destroying himself using his own attacks so he can't last that long. I think he might be able to beat DSK, Genos should be below Nyan and DK, stops at 8 if Genos is moved.
