Not sure but as for Aquaman, he reached over mach 2.

At 27:00 seconds he makes his move and at 27:13 seconds it's all over, lol.

So fast, so fast last night he turned off the light and he was in bed before the room got dark, fast, fast.

It depends. The camera footage actually has a time in the top-left. He seemingly moves at 08:26:22 and is back to where he was at 08:27:12. Now most people say say it almost took him a second, but that doesn't make sense when considering how the camera seems to function. It seems as soon as the millisecond counter hits "25" that it goes up to the next second. Based on this video? It should be taking him 00:00:15. Could be an estimated 40 foot trip. Puts him at 181.82 MPH. I'm still not quite sure this makes sense given the fact that the milk didn't really move.
