Night Thrasher...he's rich, his parents were killed, he trained in martial arts for years to become a hero to avenge their deaths, he uses multiple weapons and gagdets and he went back and forth from being a team leader to being solo.
Well, Nighthawk is the most direct copy/ripoff. You could also say Moon Knight, although I'd say he's more inspired by rather than a copy. Daredevil could be said to be close, but I don't really think so, he doesn't have the wealth and gadgets thing going.
