Physically challenging? Bane probably, he's basically almost a ten-tonner at this point.
The Talons are pretty hardcore too. Enhanced healing, strength, speed, durability, etc. Plus elite ninja training. They are basically Wolverine Lites.
Intellectually challenging? Riddler seems to be doing well in that arena right now.

Lady Shiva, because:
1) They only had one fight, and she won.
2) It was Batman's New 52 first defeat...she was the first one to do it, the first one to get the job done.
3) She had both Batman and Robin at her mercy, she could have killed them, but she choosed not to, and walked away like a total boss.
It wasn't really much of a fight. She tagged him with a poisoned shuriken, and from that point on it was basically just her wailing on a solo Robin. And while I don't dispute Shiva's skill, beating up a 16 year-old sidekick (who was doing remarkably well, all things considered) while his mentor is barely standing up isn't really that much of an impressive feat.
I didn't said that Shiva proved to be more skilled than Batman there, also Shiva was basically testing Dick's skills that's why she said: "come then, impress me, Bat-boy"
I said that they only had one fight, which Shiva won...Shiva was also the first one to do it, which i consider very relevant...and she decided to not kill them, when she could have...all true, plus, it's just my opinion, if you think that Bane, has been the most challenging one, then for me it's fine, but remember, in the New 52, Batman has beaten Bane as well, as Bane has beaten Batman...while Shiva has beaten Batman, and Batman has not beaten Shiva, yet.
