First one should be from Batman #666, and the second pic is from Batgirl #17 from all the way back in 2011 with Stephanie brown as batgirl. Pretty awesome series IMO.

The first one is from the new 52 batman and robin annual. Where damain sends bruce around the world finding clues so he can be batman for a while its a really fun story.
