Second best detective in the DC world after Batman?

I vote for Jason Bard, he is highly skilled as an investigator, is a great martial artist and he is as crazy prepared as Batman

Wasn't J'onn a detective as well? If we're including powers, I'd imagine telepathy makes for easy detective work.

it would help confrim who did what but not provide evidence for it or how to get to the person who did it in the first place.

I don't know how effective J'onn actually was as a detective - I was just throwing the suggestion out there. But on that note, if you know who did it, and how said person did it, it wouldn't be that hard to uncover evidence now would it?

That's why I said 'if we're including powers' - seeing as how some members the OP listed do have powers (Ralph, Chimp).

using super powers to solve crimes doesn't count

I've heard Tim Drake is a great detective. I mean he found out who Batman was! Isn't he the only one to find this out on his own? If so, that's pretty tough to beat IMO.

If they got a 6 issue series that sold 2,000 units, you better believe that Batman showed up to say and show how much better this unknown character was at being a detective than he could ever hope to be.
