@aaronm21: You’ve definitey got the physical talent. A lot of getting into the industry is connections and luck, so definitely have a backup, but it’s something to aspire to!
I'm not even gonna complain about the symbol, since it's pretty obvious you are capable of making it look way better. The face looks awesome. You are very talented my friend. Your art style looks like a combination of multiple different art styles (at least to me). I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing but man, it's way better than a handful of successful and popular artists that worked/work for Marvel, DC... Good job. However if you want to work as a comic book artist, you always need a back-up plan, support and a lot of luck. The most important thing is, if they turn you down, try again later or go somewhere else.
I mean you obviously just did the S like that so we knew it was Supergirl so that's irrelevant, but the face is insanely good better than a lot of current comic artists you definitely could have a future in comics
I used to draw for years and constantly practiced nothing but faces. They never looked this good. I would like to see you sketch some characters in dynamic poses because I think you have a talent for drawing.
