The Best Project Ever!

So I received my latest assignment today for my Design & Colour Theory class. I am so excited to start this, and I thought the topic might be appropriate to share here and maybe get some input.

Basically, the topic is this:

Draw 3 Superheroes/villains and use colour schemes of at least 3 colours to show their personalities.

The only unfortunate thing is that we have to choose the names from a provided list of 7.

The World's Most Boring Woman, Tacky Man, Earth Champion, Tropicale, Super Subtlety, Snowflake, and Dangeroso.

I've decided that for my 3 I'm going with Earth Champion, Snowflake and Dangeroso. Seriously, I think this project will be a ton of fun.

I would love to hear some input on these idea's and I will post updates as they come.

If you were to do this project, which characters would you choose and how would you make them look?

These sound like very interesting characters. they can be done in a multitude of ways, it's all up to your imagination. I especially find World's Most Boring Woman and Dangeroso to be interesting characters. I have ideas but I would never be able to get them done, I'm terrible when it comes to art :P

I'd go with your's, except Dangeroso I'd go for Tropicle. I'd like some more flare. The project is great except for having the set characters. Earth Champions color sceme would be in the brown or gray spectrum, Snowflake in the white or cream spectrum, and Dangeroso in the red or orange spectrum. With Dangeroso in the center to to have the others give it a good contrasting look.

I'm going with gold, green and brown for Earth Champion I think... (female)

White, blue and light violets for snowflake. (female)

And Dangeroso is going to be a "Dancer of Death" so I'm going to mix in a spanish dancer look in black red and orangy yellows. (male)

Depends... I like some art history... but the really technical stuff is boring.

Depends... I like some art history... but the really technical stuff is boring."

well give me an example of some artists or styles or era (epoches) u take intrest in...

I'm horrible with names for anything... The only artist coming to mind is Rembrant (can't remember how it's spelt)... He's got some amazing work. I love a lot of the styles from that Romantism era and a lot of Victorian era work.

I ike the individual personality that each of them have. Very nice. And I laugh only because two of the m have a cape and it makes me think back to the Incredibles and the Cape speech.

Flight doesn't matter. No capes.

Hahaha, I haven't seen that movie since it came out... I remember now how dangerous those giant cloths can be.
