If anything, the head is too big but the execution of the piece is great. I look at how it sits on the shoulders which should spread out more and he isnt right in his opinion, its the other way around. I do agree the horns are great.
What matters is the overall result and I personally think its very well done.
I wouldnt have said anything if it hadnt been mentioned already.

Thats how I started and at the time didnt realize the history already on this forum, many more people at the time were participating on here. Little did I know over 10 years later closer to 13 Im still here with just a few left and I think. EGod is the only one left on this forum from the early days. So im hoping new people will find us and keep this going for another 13 or more. :D
Join in the contest with the Phoenix if you feel like, any character you prefer modified as the Phoenix. If you want to join and need an extension just post on the contest and EGod will extend the deadline.
Very cool caricature portrait! I love the realistic skin textures here--as SpareHeadOne pointed out, you should draw covers for Mad. I actually miss the days when magazines and movie posters used illustrations rather than photos.
