Don't know how hectic college is gonna be, so this might be it for a bit.
Your thoughts are greatly appreciated!
Looks pretty cool.
If I can give some creative criticism... in the last colored image, the different colors for all the dead bodies is a bad idea. They make the image look too cartoonish, and the colors are too bright and distract from the rest of the image. The black/white image looks much better. You can still have different colors for the bodies, but they need to be less saturated, and they all need to be slightly reddish... since your scene is very red. (You need to think of lighting when you're coloring) Also, just generally, you dont want to have dead bodies be bright colors. Bright colors imply life and vibrancy. If you de-saturate them then it helps to show they're dead and merges them together into a group. You dont want the individual dead bodies drawing the eye away from the main figure.
I tried to find an example of what I'm talking about, this comes close.
Hope that helps.
@WillPayton:
Thank you for your critique. The reason I made the bodies the way they are is because they are meant to belong to creatures known as Asuras, whom are generally seen in a variety of colors, but I do see your points in lighting and death tones and everything. Perhaps later I might go back to that piece and touch it up some and make it look better. Once again, thank you for your advice, and I'll be keeping your tips in mind!
