After the White Event, an old program MK Ultra II was revived as MK Ultra III. It involved the children of the aforementioned program. It tested children after the White Event to see if there was any increased psychic activity. They narrowed their research subjects to five children: Wayne Tucker , Tyrone Jessup, Kathy Ling, Michael Crawley, and Anastasia Inyushin. There was a sixth member, Thomas Boyd who seemed to to be shoehorned into the program.
Thomas Boyd’s father was a serial killer, a fact the government decided not to reveal to the MK Ultra III project. Nature vs Nurture or genetics, whatever the case, there was something wrong with Thomas Boyd. He went on a tear attacking members of of the project. The children’s mentor, Emmett Proudhawk absconded with the five children before Thomas could get to them. The government pursued Proudhawk. As the programs’ agents closed in, Proudhawk tried to negotiate a surrender. One trigger-happy agent shot Emmett. Crawley reacted blowing up their vehicles. The kids escaped with their dying mentor.
The kids escaped to The Sanctuary House, a hostel run by Proudhawk’s ex-wife Colby. The respite was short-lived when Thomas Boyd had tracked them down to Sanctuary. Thomas was approached by a wounded Proudhawk and was killed. He tossed the body back to the collective kids. As they all hugged Proudhawk and prepared for the worst, energy poured out of all five kids and formed an astral projection.
The gestalted form of their mental images looked like Proudhawk. He was the combination of all of the kids powers. He engaged Boyd and a fight ensued. Boyd was subdued and turned back over to the program. After Proudhawk’s funeral, the kids took refuge in Sanctuary.
Wayne Tucker had the ability to push his will onto others.
Tyrone Jessup had the power to astral project.
Kathy Ling’s paranormal enhancement was telekinesis.
Michael Crawley was a psychokinetic.
Anastasia Inyushin was a healer.
Psi-hawk was the gestalt projection of all 5 teens’ psychic powers focused through another person. The first time they did it, the avatar looked like Emmett Proudhawk. The avatar changes as they focus their power through other people.
