The glasses arcs could be a bit more regular. And I find the back of the neck a little strange.

And what's the black square right in front of the ear ?

Now some coloring and it would be perfect.

the back of the neck isnt really apparent, its hidden by his thumb. I saw that but was seeing it through the color (purple/mauve gloved hand ) making the whole thing pop more. Thats a sideburn. Its not a serious piece so it has a slightly cartoony lean.

The glasses are meant to be oversized like 70's glasses.

I saw this 18 year old girl wearing a pair. She actually pulled it off, she was very pretty but somehow it looked good on her even though on most of us it looks dorky.

Thats where I went with that.

This isnt a heavily thought out piece just a for fun, see what comes up on the page. Its about keeping loose for me and these light hearted drawings keep me motivated to draw more serious pieces.

Yeah bud, glad you liked it. You are correct that is a side burn. Yes I wanted an over the top look to him with the styling and direction and I get that Archie vibe too. :)
