Ok, a lil' more than a doodle. :p

JJ_Was_Here suggested it on the Draw one ask one thread and I wanted to give it a go. Decided to let someone else give it a try on there but wanted to share as a separate post.

I tried a slightly different approach. Hope you like. :)

@ramsillustrations: Meh....it's ok....

I'm kidding. This is EPIIIIIIIIIC! I was hoping someone would kind of do their own thing and this rocks. Great inks. Just all around great piece. HE'S SO EVIL! And I like how you can literally see the cogs turning in his head.

Thanks Boo! Just practice, lots and lots of practice. :)

@jj_was_here:

Had fun with it, never intended to finish it to this level but once I started I couldn't leave it partially done. I think this is the first time in my life my hand started to cramp while I was drawing. Glad you approve!

@ramsillustrations: I think we both know I must kill you now so I can absorb your power. There can be only one...

But yeah, the hand cramp thing sucks. I drew this huge picture of Van Halen for a buddy and I just remember the pain. OH so much pain.

@jj_was_here:

I like sharing but you cant have it! At least not all to yourself... :P

Not sure if it's the thickness of the pen I use. Its similar in look and thickness of a Wacom Cintiq. I am used to drawing with a pen thats similar in width to a #2 pencil or ball point pen.

I bought a new drawing monitor back in February and although I have drawn a lot on it, maybe for not as many hours in one sitting like I have in the past.

I worked on a piece a few years ago in traditional pencil and ink for 21 hours straight and never felt a cramp.

@ramsillustrations: Wow, really? I can be on a stylus all day and not thing one. As soon as I go more than an hour with a pencil it hurts. Though, I did break my hands a couple years back so that could have something to do with that. That or I'm just old.

@jj_was_here:

It may just be that I dont always draw for many hours in a row. I draw for a few and maybe run errands or read and then go back and finish. Drawing with a pencil is what I was used to for so many years and the worst I got was a callous on my middle finger but no cramp. Or like you said maybe Im old too. :P

@jonez120:

Hope thats a good "Dang".... Thanks :)

@irishx:

Its always a mystery to me until I sit and draw as to what the results will be. I like the direction that my style is heading in and curious myself as to what my interpretation of many characters will be, even the ones I have already drawn.

Hope you stay tuned.... time is always a bit of the problem, finding enough to get the art done.

@ramsillustrations: You know, I never noticed the title of this topic says "doodle". If this is your doodle, then yes, I still have to kill you and take your powers.

I have a permanent invisible shield up that is impervious to your attack at taking my hard earned power as you call it, thrrrrppp!

You have your own and it works very well, leave mine be or else I will have to let my Rotty gnaw on your toe. His name is Nitro and he is very protective. Hehehe :P

@ramsillustrations: you are obviously extremely talented but I think the picture would look cooler with a more humanized face. The body seems just perfect.

@ramsillustrations: You can sick the rotty on me, but my dog, Killface, was trained by the CIA in guerrilla warfare and anti-insurgency tactics. It's impressive what a seven pound chihuahua can do.

@claymore1998: See I think that's what makes this perfect. It's creepy. Disturbing. It's Superman in a horror movie. It's a nightmare. I wouldn't change a thing.

@jj_was_here:

I suppose that’s what he was going for. But I really don’t like creepy character. I can't even watch a horror movie without having to cover my face every 5 odd minutes. I am a scaredy-cat.

@claymore1998: You just need someone to cuddle with while you watch. Makes a world of difference.

And no, that wasn't an offer. I could be your great grandfather.

You mean you haven't seen the new Teddy Bear I drew yesterday by the name of Jason V? You popped in my mind while I was drawing him. :)

did draw a teddy Bear for the Penguin a while back, his name was Pookie. Here's a link on my images. Pookie: Malevolent 4

I was playin with u, I know u don't like scary things, I couldn't help it. I saw that you thought my cyborg was creepy and the other was a commission so I wanted to get a reaction from you, I appreciate the kind words.

If I do draw a Teddy I will let you know. Not a scary one. :D

@claymore1998:

My friends little friend had a seizure and had to be put to sleep. I had promised her a drawing from 2 years before. I felt so bad when she lost Skippy that I tried my best to create something happy in such a sad situation. I try and reflect my style on the theme I am working on, so that's how this one became what it is. Glad you found something in my work that was a bit more palatable. :)
