Each week we search for the coolest comic book art that you won't see in actual comics. The reason you won't is because artists often draw sketches for fun or commissions and post them on their blogs, Tumblrs, and websites. Some artists even pre-arrange commissions through their sites so be sure to check them out.

Todd Nauck posted some more Post-It art on his Tumblr along with an Apocalypse pic.

Philip Tan and Marico Takar knock it out of the perk this week (I also really liked the stuff by Kris Anka)

These two pieces are also really good

Stunning would be a gross understatement, if Doc Strange here ever gets a series, Kevin Wada needs to illustrate it

Regarding Tan and Booth, you get the sense of enjoyment from their pencil sketches. It is really great seeing all the shading and details they both use in their work, always outstanding.

Gonzales' work always impresses with his "clean" line work, and I really dig that Spider-Man 2099. Who thought Madame Masque could look so sexy as well.

Takara always impresses with his work, whether it is colored or not and I love his style portraying female characters.

Loved Henderson's take on Yoda and Vampirella.

Really great round this week.

While toying with the idea of a Wonder Man movie design I realized that Wonder Man's original design was green, had a helmet, and goggles. He was created by Baron Zemo, a leader in Hydra. In the Captain America movies Hydra soldier uniforms were black/green with helmets that looked remarkably like Wonder Man's, and goggles. (Also, the Background I found on google.)

So I had to design him that way. I also added in the other Masters of Evil (although I am sure in the movie they would call themselves something like the Masters of Humanity).
