#90 VENOM

There are few comic villains that I like. But Venom takes the cake he has stayed one of my favorite characters of all time.

Have fun with this showdown, scary,funny, or traditional I look forward to seeing everyone's work.

Oh, this is gonna be fun.

I'm still kinda new here so excuse the nooby questions, but is it cool to add someone else in the piece? Can I have him battling Spidey or Carnage? And is any version of Venom allowed? Brock, Thompson, otherwise?

Is anti-venom Brock allowed? Or should it be just the black venom?

@ZZoMBiE13: I think it would be fine to have more then one character. Have fun with it, and it can be any version of Venom you would like. : )

@ssejllenrad: I think it would be cool to see different version of Venom, so go for it.

I decided to forego color this time. Usually I like to at least make the attempt, but coloring isn't my strong point anyway, so after a couple of poor attempts made this one less compelling, I removed the color layer and added all the thicker shadows and black patched on Eddie's symbiote. I like it a lot better this way.

Okay so I'm a noob, I don't know the rules, I'm not sure if I qualify, I'm not tech savvy, my picture quality sucks, and so does my art, BUT I love Venom and I just wanna fit in and play with the cool kids so here is my Venom:

@The_Madness: I'd like to see you get a better picture of it, but the piece is fine. Don't rip on your own work friend. Own it, for better or worse. You made it, be proud of it. :)

@ZZoMBiE13: I mostly use Photoshop. But occasionally I'll use Illustrator, if the mood takes me.

thanks, appreciate the kind words it could be better, but the best I could manage with my dying felt marker at work. keep forgetting my tool bag at home.

Hey Buddy, yeah, I took a break from the superhero genre. Been creating cartoon characters. Dabbling in learning the basics of animation. Wanted to get my feet wet and decided to toss something in there for this one. Not sure but I may do a final version of Venom as a pose instead of a closeup of the face. as always I'll be looking forward to your entry!
