Just wanted to let you know about my graphic novel Kickstarter.
It's a standalone, scifi graphic novel told from two opposing sides of the alien invasion of a drowned planet Earth.
Earth has been attacked. Aliens have taken 99.99% of our people. But we've discovered their weakness - water.So we flooded the planet, and now humans live in an underwater society, while the enemy patiently waits above the surface.
We follow Mattaya Black, a young Polynesian woman who's been conscripted into the AquaMarines; Earths's last defense against the invaders, and her struggle to do what she feels is right.
Also Lazuli, the young Cobalt who's grown up believing (as all Cobalt do) that their food is harvested form inside their planet, but is shocked to learn that after a devastating famine their people are starving. Luckily they've found a planet of stupid (and delicious) animals. Unfortunately, the planet has been covered by a toxic liquid. It's Lazuli's job to risk his life to feed his people.
