    As the departure from contemporary times in the previous issue to this one set during the Second World War, the writers have sort of taken an approach that what worked for Wonder Woman in the golden age could be used to steer the title towards a bit of stability after a few tumultuous years, but this issue doesn't really pull it off (although others from this same era do.)  Diana continues her battle against the Red Panzer, an almost cartoonishly evil Nazi villain.  The overall concept is all ri...
