    Origin

    Wally is a tabloid reporter, he has a couple of run ins with Guy Gardner, while looking though the Justice League's trash, looking for dirt on the team. He has written expo-says on Norman Mailer and Michael Jackson.

    Wally is the first to hear Stinky the cat, while sifting through the Justice League America's garbage. He isn't sure what is making the sound but it sounded like a super villain so he took his trash and scrammed.

    Spy

    Wally's in depth expo-say called Spy is pulled by his editor after getting threats from Vivian in their Europe distribution division.
