"Ignition," Part 4 of 6. As the rash of police officers frozen to death continues, someone close to Wally West becomes the next target! Trying to come to grips with who and what he is, our hero goes on the hunt for Captain Cold - the most wanted man in Keystone City - hoping to stop him before another cop is put "on ice!"

Captain Cold finds the body of Wally West, who doesn't remember he is the real Flash, frozen in a block of ice. Wally is alive and Cold takes the body before the KCPD can stop him. Cold then takes Wally to the ice rink to thaw him out and talk to him. Cold tries to convince Wally that he is innocent in the freezing deaths of several cops. Wally believes him, but still tries to take him in for questioning. Cold escapes and Wally is left wondering whats going on.

Back at the KCPD headquarters, Wally meets with Doctor Ashley Zolomon who wants to apologize for what her husband did, but Wally doesn't want to hear it. Later that night Wally returns home to find the Batman waiting for him.
