Uriel, the angel, visits Cyril. Against his better wishes, Uriel tells Cyril (whom he loathes) that he is a saint, and Cyril is indeed transformed: he and four of his toys are given halos.
Araquel sees Tim's dad, now transformed into a monster by Vasuki, shambling outside. Tim and Araquel speed after him to stop him from hurting anyone.
Cyril runs into his mom's room to brag about his halo, but she is horrified by what happened to Bill. Tired of being ignored, Cyril's toy Chocozilla turns her into a chocolate statue.
The angel Mesukiel welcomes back Uriel after his mission. Uriel is unhappy with what he did, and considers it more worthy of a demon, but Uriel is more interested in whether it furthers their ends.
Mesukiel collects more angels to bind Uriel for his "sins" of transgression. Clearly the line between angel and demon is getting very fuzzy. Then Bill Hunter, in monster form, shows up at attack them.
Cyril doesn't want his mother to be dead, and the toys convince him that he can save her by attacking Tim. They enchant him to become even more slavish in his religious leanings. He looks forward to the apocalypse.
Araquel and Tim follow the tracks of Tim's dad. Tim doesn't know what to do since he no longer has magic. They come across the dead Uriel and Mesukiel. Vasuki is there. He seems to imply that the demons want Earth to be another Heaven so the demons can live there instead of Hell--it can be their own idea of what Heaven ought to be. Tim and Araquel, not surprisingly, are not in favor of this.
