Peter creates a potion that will rid him of his powers. Upon drinking the potion, he finds that he’s bitten off more than he can chew as he has grown four extra arms!

Spider-Man is getting sick of being a hero when he doesn't get what he wants and doesn't get any respect out of it. So he makes a serum that he predicts that it will take away his spider powers. After when he took the serum, he falls asleep and has a dream that he is fighting five of some of his greatest villains [Vulture, Lizard, Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus and Kingpin.] When he has beat them all, he confronts Captain Stacy [Gwen Stacy's father] in the dream. When he wakes up, he finds out he grew six more arms.
