History

Thomas Perry was given an experimental drug to control his emotional instability. Though it worked, it had an unforeseen side effect, granting him the ability to instill uncontrollable anger in others. When the drug wore off, so did his powers, so Perry the remaining drugs and caused the creator to destroy his notes and take his own life.

Adopting the identity of Temper, Perry then embarked upon a criminal career, eventually ending up with the Crushers.

Powers and Abilities

Temper can instill rage in others. He is dependent on the chemical treatment to maintain his powers (as well as his own sanity).

Temper

Temper is an emotion controlling villain with a bad attitude and a yellow streak running down his back. Full of bravado and cowardness he joined Mocker's team of villians the Crushers to take over the world.
