Taliesin was a Dampyr son of Lord Oenghus Mordha. The first Dampyrs were born when the Masters of the Night came to Earth and tried to have sons with human women, because the female Masters became sterile as a side-effect of the traumatic travel between the dimensions. However, the Masters quickly discovered the deadly properties of the babies' fluids, and terminated them before they were able to grow. Taliesin was born in the IV century and, through a series of events, reached adulthood and lived for more than 400 years. Taliesin was renowned for his exceptional knowledge and his poetic skills, who earned him the title of "Taliesin the bard". Official history is obscure and many real events are shrouded in mysteries and legends. In his life he met and fought countless battles alongside many legendary figures like King Arthur, Ambrosius Aurelianus, Saint Fridianus and more, and even people like Amber Tremayne and Draka. His life is also tied to figures like Black Annis and her monstrous Tylwyth Tegs, Angus Og and even his own father, who never wanted to hurt his son and always loved him, but the two never had the possibility to clarify.
