    Doomsday returns!

    Almost like a dream, Superman recalls his fight with Doomsday in The Doomsday Solution by Dan Jurgens, Mike Parobeck and Rick Burchett.

    Kyle Rayner makes his debut as the centerfold poster by Ty Templeton, The Hero File profile and foiling an art museum heist in Art Appreciation by Ron Marz, Parobeck and Burchett.

    The Daily Planet features a video game roundup by Ron Troupe; plus a story where Ninth-Graders Ask: Is Batman A Hero? There's a The Adventures of Batman and Robin Trivia Quiz; Batman faces Mr. Freeze to find diamonds on The Case of the Heisted Ice. Captain (SHAZAM!) Marvel has to navigate a pyramid maze to find Dr. Sivana; and, Mr. Mxyzptlk's Mirror Mirage matches the two right images.

    Superman in The Doomsday Solution by Dan Jurgens, Parobeck and Burchett is an enjoyable story. Glenn Whitmore is the colorist and Albert De Guzman letters. It starts out almost like a dream. Young Clark Kent is walking through the corn field on the farm in Smallville, when Doomsday erupts from the ground! Ma and Pa Kent appear, and it looks like Doomsday is going after them! Superman protects them from Doomsday. Then Lois and Jimmy appear! Doomsday is going after them! Superman ultimately finds ...
