    All hell breaks loose! 0

    (No Spoilers) Stormwatch continues to deliver solid story telling with this issue.  I’m surprised Winter was so reserved with King after last issue but I’m sure it’s the solider in Winter trying his best to respect authority, even if he doesn’t agree with it (although that too may not last long as we see later in this issue).  We get more of a look into The High’s world and the artifacts that populate his secret base.  It’s not just reminiscent of Superman, but more specifically All-Star Superma...
