The series still doesn’t really seem to be going any place great, which is all right because it is not doing poorly at the same time either.  As the team organizes to face the alien threat there are a few interesting developments and a few which feel more just like generic comic book adventuring.  Pretty close to the beginning was actually one of the coolest parts of the series so far as Hawksmoor talks to the personifications of the cities in a weird conference call.  There is also the end to t...

The Good: Despite not being the solicited cover, and despite being what would normally be the kind of cover I hate, this cover actually manages to work pretty well. The placement of the characters has a good balance, the titled angle and speed lines are very effective; and the asteroid used to create space for the logo gives a nice final touch. (No Spoilers)THIS was the issue of Stormwatch I knew Cornell was building up to. There are some amazing concepts and some incredible action in this issue.
