Clad in black mask and leather bodysuit, she cruiser Angel City in her Scorpio-mobile, foiling the plots of the fiendish criminal classes. This direct-to-video movie consists of 3 episodes edited from the SCI-FI TV series as Black Scorpion takes on super villains Firearm, Flash Point, and Clockwise from terrorizing the City of Angels.

    Darcy gets a new partner: Steve Rafferty, as Mayor Worth's pro gun law causes a bitter ex-cop Jack Aimes (Martin Kove) to lose his arm. Reborn as Firearm and fitted with a high caliber prosthetic arm, this human arsenal seeks revenge by threatening the city with nuclear annihilation. In the meantime, an obsessed tabloid photographer becomes the super-villain Flashpoint (Allen Scottie) and plots to blind the city with a laser beam in an attempt to force the Black Scorpion to reveal her identity, while a time controlling villain Clockwise (Frank Gorshin) vows to steal "time" from the judge and jury who wrongly sentenced him to 25 years in jail. He plots to take the same number of years off their lives with his "time" aging machine. It’s up to Black Scorpion to restore order.
