    In this second installment of "Times Past," the Golden Age Flash, Green Lantern, Hourman, Dr. Midnite and Starman band together against Rag Doll and his homicidal cult. Rag Doll plans to overwhelm Opal City in a murderous spree, forcing the five heroes to make a shocking choice.

    This issue features Starman/Ted Knight only.

    In a second Tale of Times Past, related by The Shade, Starman/ Ted Knight gathers Jay Garrick/The Flash, Alan Scott/The Green Lantern, Rex Tyler/The Hourman and Dr. Charles McNider/Doctor Mid-Nite to confront the wave of chaos perpetrated on Opal City by the Rag Doll cult.
