This is very reminiscent of a Star Trek original series episode when Montgomery Scott was possessed by an evil spirit.  In this comic Phillip Boyce is possessed by spirits whom want revenge and he has been possessed for a long time without even knowing it.  It this case the spirits wanted revenge and it took the Vulcan ambassador named Toluk to help.

Star Trek: Early Voyages #8 - Immortal Wounds by liberty on June 01, 2011

Young Boyce This is very reminiscent of a Star Trek original series episode when Montgomery Scott was possessed by an evil spirit.  Having such a similar episode made into a comic was way better than the original as I found the episode rather dull as it seemed to stretch out too long.  The short comic made it a better story.    In this story Phillip Boyce is possessed as a young man by aliens who what revenge.  He has been suffering from this all the way back to the first issue of this...
