    Sixth Brother, like other Inquisitors, lost a limb (his left arm), while training under Darth Vader. Vader saw fit to put the Inquisitors through aggressive training so that might be useful to him. This would result in many inquisitors, including Sixth Brother, getting cybernetic limbs.
