    This issue marks a major turning point in the life of the Secret Six's most tortured member, the dangerously brilliant and ambitious Bane. Will even his few remaining friends on the team become casualties in his renewed war on Gotham City?

    After a brief brainstorming session with Catman, Bane encourages the Secret Six to take down the Batman, by killing his family and teammates. But to do this they need to recruit the Penguin into the team. So after a brief fight with the Penguin's guards and security system Bane tortures Penguin into giving them all his in-tell on the Bat-family.

    The events of the Six's recent trip to hell has had a profound effect upon Bane. Now he prepares himself to cement his earthly legacy.   The Good  Has Luvisi ever done a less than excellent cover for this book? This issue is very much centered on Bane, which is perfectly fine by me because far and away he's one of my favorite villains. I absolutely love the way that Gail Simone writes Bane. She perfectly nails just how he should think, speak, and act. Whoever writes the character after her has s...
