A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...
Savage Opress was a tribal leader on Dathomir who managed to hold his own (for some time) against the skilled Asajj Ventress in hand-to-hand combat. After this performance, Savage was chosen by Ventress to become her servant. The Dathomirian Zabrak then met Mother Talzin and the Nightsisters, who then used their dark magic to turn him into a physical powerhouse. To prove he's loyal to them, Savage killed is younger brother, Feral. Savage soon went under Count Dooku's wing as a Sith apprentice. Dooku plotted to use Savage's sheer might to eventually overthrow Darth Sidious... however, Ventress had something similar in mind. Asajj wanted to use Savage to destroy Dooku, but the battle turned into a free-for-all.
Opress eventually discovered that he has yet another brother: Darth Maul. Opress sought to find Maul under the belief that their alliance could end both the Sith and the Jedi. He eventually found the emotionally and physically battered Maul on a junkyard planet and returned him to Dathomir. Here, dark magic restored Maul's body and mind and constructed a pair of mechanical legs for the famous villain. Maul demanded revenge against Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Opress happily assisted. The two battled Obi-Wan and Asajj and clearly had the edge, but then Kenobi and Ventress made an escape and left them trapped in a starship. The two remain in the ship, plotting their revenge.
Powers & Abilities
Weapons: Opress has proven talented with a vibro axe, but commonly wields a red sabrestaff (double-sided lightsaber). While he's proven to be extremely skilled, he's far from being one of the best. It's his raw power that helps him become such a formidable challenge.
Physicals: Savage Opress is an extremely tough individual. He's shrugged off lightsaber blasts, withstood multiple hand-to-hand attacks, and has fought through the pain of force lightening.
The Force: Savage has commonly used force grip/choke, as well as force push/pull.
Battle History: Savage has proven capable of dealing with Jedi lesser than Anakin / Obi-Wan with little to no difficulty. They said, Opress was also able to hold his own in an impressive display against the two famed Jedi at once. Asajj also remarked that she and Obi-Wan were outclassed when faced with fighting both Opress and his brother, Darth Maul.
