    Rudolph West lived in Blue Valley, Nebraska. He is father to Wally West, who's middle name is after his father (Rudolph). His wife is Mary West. His adopted sister is Iris West Allen, the wife of Barry Allen.

    During the events in Millennium, he had been a sleeper agent for The Manhunters. Rudolph was presumed dead for many years, after an explosion in Cuba, during the Invasion! arc. But he later appeared at Mary's, now his ex-wife, wedding.

    Rudolph went to Wally's wedding to Linda Park.
