    Randy Fisk was the new President of the United States of America.  However, people weren't happy with certain individuals in office. The government planned to exterminate all the Specials, including the President. They constructed a bomb which was guaranteed to kill all of the Specials.  Would the government succeed or will the might of the Specials overcome?
