    Rhonda, a normal human with no super-powers, is a founding member, with Chad Boy and Jeremy Olsen, of The No Mutants.

    As an independent thinker with strong convictions, Rhonda rejects the idea that she is required to wear a sexy super-heroine costume. She has on occasion made another member of The No Mutants wear a typical sexy super-heroine costume to prove how ridiculous and impractical it is.
