    The overall averageness of the series continues here.  With the last issue's showdown between Mitch and the Body Doubles over it is now to the Transhuman to intervene to save his new found friend.  This leads to a fun but forgettable battle between Bonny and the new character.  In the meanwhile Carmen has to deal with Mitch who has fought off the effects of the drugs.  In effect the first part of this issue has little plot and lots of action.  As the second part of the issue starts though there ...

    The Good: There's a pretty interesting perspective on the cover. It doesn't completely work, but it doesn't fail as much as the previous two covers. The artwork is great, as usual, and I have a lot to say about it, but for starters, the first page has an absolutely excellent establishing shot. Once again though, it's very similar to the actual cover, just infinitely more interesting and artistic.Once again, the action in this issue is seriously awesome.     I really wanted to give this book a chance to impress me. Based on the glowing recommendations by my local shop owner, I picked up the last few issues of this book and I was thrilled with the first and second issues, but there were warning signs on issue three and by this one, I may not pick up #5. Let me start by saying that this is not a bad comic, It just seems that Andy Lanning and Dan Abnett aren't sure where they're going with this book. They started with a very Animal Man/Swamp Thing feel...
