Origin
Rainbow Boy was secretly Jay Watson teenage radio genius who in some never revealed way gained powers connected to light and the rainbow.
He mostly worked alone but sometimes served as a sidekick to Hydroman.
Powers & Abilities
When there was daylight he could fly at the speed of light while trailing a rainbow behind him which he could use as a solid object to hold things up, form barriers and shields or entrap people, he also had the ability to see into the infrared and ultraviolet parts of the spectrum. At night he powered himself with a reservoir of solar power of his own invention.
