Professor Johann Steamhein is a German-born Jewish scientist with a passion for harnessing the powers of steam. He left his homeland in the early 1930s, and came to America where he met and befriended Jeremy and Ricky's grandfather.
Although still early in his career, he had already made a name for himself with his inventions in the field of animal control. Professor Steamhead is also the inventor of Zetranite; the substance that gives the Zetramen their powers.
