    Paul Fallman is the protagonist of 'Fighter from the Sky', which starts in Battle Picture Weekly #57 - Battle 57. He is a German paratrooper who begins the tale as Lieutenant and saves a General during the invasion of Poland. His father, however, is shot as a traitor for attempting to stop the war and Fallman is busted to the ranks, where he must contend with the enmity of the troublemaker Hung.

    During the series, this pair participate in many theatres of the war.
