Withholding the most advanced experimental personality program at the time, Oil Man is said to be the most lively of the Robot Masters. Oil Man was origionally built to help with the cleanliness, maintenance and restocking of oil production facilities, but was late on completion. He along with another unique creation (Time Man), was not completed in time to be unveiled with the other robots. Oil Man was secretly taken by Dr. Wily who had already demonstrated his qualities of evil. Oil Man was finished by Dr. Wily. There's no wonder why Oil Man desplays this same personality. As contradicting as it sounds, Oil Man can be a slippery mess hard to clean. What mess is there made by Dr. Wily that's an easy pick-up!?
