What should you do when a Goddess appears before you with an offer to grant your every wish? You should read the fine print! Keiichi is an ordinary college student, an everyman who has been granted a wish by the beautiful goddess Belldandy. His wish? That she stay with him forever, a boon that turns out to look a lot better on paper than in practice! Keiichi's other problem is the envious yuppie Aoshima, a man who is obsessed with claiming the goddess Belldandy as his own and will stop at nothing to claim her!

After Aoshima bulldozes Keiichi's aerial Motor Club on the eve of the college aviation competition, the goddess Belldandy helps Keiichi find the remains of an experimental plane engine, long-buried beneath the campus. Once the plane is assembled and Keiichi is aloft, he discovers that he has to face both good news and bad news: his Motor Club is the hit of the college festival, but his newly excavated plane has a mind of its own and refuses to let Keiichi land!
