    Origin

    Nothing is known about the early life or origins of Mr Magic. He was probably raised in Gotham, and was involved in crime when he joined up with Penguin during Gotham's gang wars.

    Creation

    Mr Magic was created by Frank Tieri and Jim Calafiore. He made his first appearance in Gotham Underground #3.

    Major Story Arcs

    Gotham Underground

    Mr Magic joins the New Rogues, and with them defends the Iceberg Lounge against Scarface. Later, he helps the team capture Tobias Whale. When Intergang moves into Gotham, he abandons Penguin.

    Final Crisis

    Mr Magic and the New Rogues join up with Libra's Secret Society of Super Villains. They are sent to force the original Rogues to join up with Libra. Mr Magic helps the team nearly kill Paul Gambi, and kidnap Captain Cold's father. When the Rogues attack, he fights and nearly defeats the Trickster, but is stopped by Mirror Master. He is killed when Weather Wizard creates a tornado in his stomach.

    Mr Magic has no known powers or abilities.

    Weapons and Equipment

    Mr Magic wields one of Abra Kadabra's magic wands, which is theoretically limitless in its ability to create "magic" to a variety of effects. He is not particularly skilled in its use.
