    He was a casino owner in Las Vegas with connections to organized crime. He was the employer of Mr. Fixit, the Grey Hulk. Berengetti, who called the Hulk "Joe Fixit" ensured that the Hulk had steady access to tailored suits and Las Vegas' more sensual pleasures. An honourable employer, Berengetti treated the loyal members of his staff as members of his own family. After the Hulk left Vegas, the android Frost (employed by the gangster Sam Striker) killed Berengetti.
